Co-Pays

Your co-pay is determined by your insurance company and is often listed on your insurance card.  It is a fixed fee that subscribers to a medical plan must pay for their use of specific medical services covered by the plan.  As an OB/Gyn practice, we are typically considered a Specialist unless otherwise specified by your insurance company.  If your insurance card specifies a Specialist co-pay, this is what we will collect at your visit.

All co-pays are required to be paid per your insurance company at the time of check-in to your appointment.  Unfortunately, failure to pay your co-pay may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
