  • Eat frequent small meals
  • Try ginger tea, capsules, candies, and/or ginger-ale
  • Add more carbohydrates in the form of whole grains
  • Cut down on spicy and fatty foods

  • Drink plenty of liquids to avoid dehydration which can make nausea worse
