Well Woman

Well woman exam is just that… a “well exam”.  At this appointment you will be asked to update your history of recent surgeries, hospitalizations, medications, allergies and family history changes.  You will also be asked if you are having any symptoms or problems that will need to be addressed in a future appointment.

You will then receive a physical exam including a pap smear and pelvic exam and then any labs or vaccinations that our office offers for preventative care.  Remember that these may not be included in the exam fee and may be billed separate to your insurance company by either our office or the individual laboratory.  Preventative care and risk modification will be emphasized.
